Can I exhibit at TBW? What are the requirement?

TBW is providing the local Taiwanese suppliers an exceptional accessible and affordable opportunity to increase your international market presence. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Right now Evergreen Hotel & Tempus Hotel are fully booked, there are still some exhibition spaces available at Splendor Hotel.

How do I get around the exhibition area?

Taichung City government & TBW are sponsoring free shuttle bus service between the four major hotels, and has helped with special event signs for the various TBW-sponsored bike trails in and around Taichung.

What is the fee to attend the show?

The registration is free for both exhibitors and visitors. And you can even get some special deals on rooms & flights as you registered on the website.

Do I need badge access me to the event?

No, you don't need badge to attend the TBW event. But you need a business card to attend TBW cocktail happy hour at Evergreen 1F at 6pm-8pm, November 13 -16.

Can I just walk around the event?

With time allowable walk-ins from all product management, sales, and Taiwan OEM purchasing staff are welcome , but we recommend you make meeting appointment before you go. ( you can make meeting appointment now easy on the website by a single click on the floor map )

Is this show open to the general public?

No, TBW is not open to the general public. Taichung Bike Week is an international OEM business show for competitive OEM bicycle component producers and their high-end brand customers. TBW providing streamlined meetings, frills-free hotel mini-shows, and industry insider exclusivity. TBW also creating a private, low-key venue for European and North American product managers to peruse wheels, tires and various components.

I have attended in the past, do I need to register again
and if so, why?

Yes, each company must register for each event separately to ensure that we have the most current and accurate information for your company.

How do I register?

Simply fill out the info in our registration form. then you will get the updated TBW Newsletter and all special deals on TBW website.

I am bring someone with me, do they need a badge to enter the show?

No, they don't need badge to attent the event. But they should also registered on-line for attending the event.

Does TBW offer assistance and discount for hotel & flights?

TBW negotiates exclusive hotel discounts for attendees of the show through our travel partners. The special deals will be available later on the website for registered members. TBW is also working with airlines to offer low-cost flights to Hong Kong specifically for Taichung Bike Week. In order to help TBW participants avoid having to go through Taipei, local Taichung travel agency Whose Travel is working with Mandarin Airlines to offer direct flights from Hong Kong to Taichung.
